Song of the book: How Deep Is Your Love by Bee Gees
Hello, again, with a new review! Grab popcorn and prepare yourself because I ain’t stopping talking about how emotional and a wreck of tears this book made me. After a long wait, I finally got to read the second book of The Angelheart Trilogy. The book is called Forever Disguised.
It follows Erica Lindell dealing with the consequences of decisions she found herself taking after losing the love of her life, Sasha aka Prince Alexandre. She keeps wishing to go back in time and make the right decisions to undo the devastating mistakes that took everything she longed for.
In the midst of everything, Andonia is dealing with the loss of their crown prince, while Erica is about to accept whatever is given to her to keep her and the one she love safe, that’s when Tyler steps in and proposes a solution to keep everyone safe. She will later find herself torn between the grief of lost love, and the possibility of opening her heart for new love.
Reading the first pages of the book, I only had this GIF in my mind and honestly nothing can describe this book like this GIF:
To be honest, I don’t know how would I act if I were in Erica’s shoes the whole time. Probably, I’ll spend the whole time crying and mourning and never letting go of the past. I admire her strength, how she stood up to her decision when everyone doubted if she ca take care of herself and the baby when she hasn’t even graduated high school. You go girl!
I hate to say this I TOLD YOU TYLER WAS THE BEST ONE FOR ERICA HE’S RISKING EVERYTHING TO KEEP HER FEEL LOVED AND SAFE AND OH MY GOD HE’S PERFECT. Thank you for coming to my Ted talk!
Every time I see Tyler looking after Erica when she’s cocooned in her shell of sadness and mourning. I mean, he accepted to take the risk, change his life completely for her, simply because he loves her. He’s like he was made in a computer. And no matter what the decision he made at the end, I understand him. If I were him, I would’ve done more.
At some point I really didn’t like Erica, because she was kind of selfish at some point. She needed to focus on herself, move and take care of her baby, then later she can love someone. From my point of view, Tyler was a rebound and my baby deserved more.
I don’t wanna talk a lot about Sasha because I keep my reviews spoiler-free, but all I’m saying is, Sasha, you don’t deserve what you think you own.
